Is the packaging really discreet?

Yes. Every order ships in a plain box or mailer with a neutral sender name — nothing on the outside reveals what is inside.

How much is shipping?

Standard US shipping is free on orders over $69, otherwise a $6.95 flat rate. Delivery takes 5–12 business days.

Do I need an account to order?

Yes — a quick registration (username + password) is required so we can attach your shipping address and keep your order history private to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal — you can pay with your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card through PayPal's secure checkout. Your card details never touch our servers.

Can I return a product?

Are product descriptions in English?

We are translating our catalog. Some product detail sections still show the manufacturer's original content — prices, navigation and checkout are fully in English.
